STA Young Adults exists to form the next generation of Catholic young adults to joyfully live out Christ's command to "go and make disciples of all nations." Our mission is not simply to gather—it is to be transformed by Jesus and sent into the world as missionary disciples, bringing His love wherever He calls us.

At STA Young Adults, we strive to cultivate a home where every young adult can belong, grow, and be equipped for the journey ahead. Together, we encounter Christ through authentic fellowship, faithful service to our parish and community, a rich life of prayer, the grace of the Sacraments, and ongoing formation through the teachings of the Catholic faith. The Church is our home. Our parish is our family. And our neighborhoods, workplaces, campuses, streets, and the world are our mission field.

Every pilgrimage begins with listening. Through personal prayer, Scripture, and time with the Lord, we learn to recognize His voice and trust Him to lead each step of our journey. 

No pilgrim walks alone. We grow through authentic friendships, shared experiences, and encouraging one another as we strive to become the saints God created us to be. 

The Sacraments are our nourishment for the road. Through the Eucharist and Reconciliation especially, Christ gives us the grace, healing, and strength we need to continue our journey toward holiness. 

A faithful pilgrim learns the path before setting out. By diving deeper into Scripture, Church teaching, and the wisdom of the saints, we discover not only what the Church believes, but why it changes our lives.
