Our parish is a Sacrificial Giving Parish.
What does this mean?
Stewardship is:
Our commitment to these beliefs have brought countless blessings to our parish and we invite you to be a part of it.
Newly registered parishioners receive a leaflet explaining the principles of Sacrificial Giving in greater detail and a parish pledge card to fill out and return through the collection or the office. Every November we dedicate one Sunday to reviewing our understanding of the Biblical principle of Sacrificial Giving, and renewing our pledge, as our income has gone up or down.
On our part, we seek, with our Pastor, to use your stewardship wisely for the greatest of all purposes: the glory of God and the salvation of souls!

My dear friends in Christ,
Once again I am happy to share with you the annual Financial Report for the Parish and School for the past fiscal year 2010-2011.
I wish to thank our Business Office that, with the wise advice and oversight of the Parish Financial Council, does such a good job in effectively using the resources of the parish in furthering the work of God’s kingdom.
This year we, for the first time, saw a 1% drop in the Sunday collections. This is hardly surprising, considering the hard economic times and the unemployment that more than a few of our parishioners are suffering. Many other parishes have the same thing happening. Thus it is all the more important for us who are blessed with gainful employment to show our gratitude to God and concern for our neighbor by faithfulness to the Biblical teaching on tithing, as we practice sacrificial giving. Thank you for your generosity to the parish, and your acceptance of the message of stewardship.
I also wish to thank those kind parishioners who have remembered the parish in their wills. Their bequests to the parish have allowed us to meet unbudgeted expenses. Please remember them in your prayers!
Again I am happy to report that the largest single item in our parish budget is religious education. We are doing all that we can to see that the faith is being passed on to the next generation, and new souls won for Christ!
May God bless you all!

Msgr. Douglas A. Raun
Pastor
