Our parish is a Sacrificial Giving Parish. 

What does this mean?

• We have no fees - for anything.
• We have no fundraising events.
• We have no parish second collections or building funds.
• We have one thing ... STEWARDSHIP. 

Stewardship is:

1. Knowing that all we have is from God, and that we find fulfillment in returning to God what is needed for His Work.
2. The Bible tells us what size of this return is to be: 10% of our income (we recommend 5% to the parish and 5% for other pious and charitable causes).
3. Our giving should be planned, proportional to our income, and sacrificial (it should hurt a little).
4. Just as our parish has a commitment to use our stewardship wisely, we have a commitment to the stewardship of the Church by a weekly pledge.

Our commitment to these beliefs have brought countless blessings to our parish and we invite you to be a part of it. 

Newly registered parishioners receive a leaflet explaining the principles of Sacrificial Giving in greater detail and a parish pledge card to fill out and return through the collection or the office.  Every November we dedicate one Sunday to reviewing our understanding of the Biblical principle of Sacrificial Giving, and renewing our pledge, as our income has gone up or down.

On our part, we seek, with our Pastor, to use your stewardship wisely for the greatest of all purposes: the glory of God and the salvation of souls!
